Refund policy
We want you to love your MADRE! If you are not totally satisfied with your MADRE goods, we will happily accept your return for store credit within 14 days of receipt. MADRE accepts returns for items in new condition. Your store credit with MADRE is good for one whole year.
MADRE must authorize all returns. Please email us with your order number at info@madrelinen.com to begin the return process. Once you receive a confirmation email from MADRE, please pack your items in the original package and send pre-paid and insured to:

Once MADRE receives your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation by email. Please note that all return shipping fees are non-refundable unless your MADRE goods are determined to be defective or damaged.
We highly recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package, as MADRE unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.
Due to the tights margins that come with running a small business, all SALE items are unfortunately not eligible for return.
