SHIPPING

Please note we are a tiny team of humans. We aim to ship on Mondays and Fridays. If you have a more urgent need, please send email to info@madrelinen.com for special arrangements.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your goods! Should you find your order does not meet your expectations you are welcome to return within 7 days of receipt. We accept unused, in original packaging items for return. Note that charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns. To start the process, send email to info@madrelinen.com

MANUFACTURING

MADRE is committed to 100% domestic manufacturing, and will endeavor to work as locally as possible. Our napkins are currently sewn here in Portland, Oregon.

100% LINEN PRODUCTS

Our products are 100% linen, trimmed/finished with polyester thread with the exception of our Block Printed Pillowcases which are 100% Indian cotton.
