ORDERS

MADRE aims to ship orders on Mondays. We are both busy mamas and sometimes life gets in the way, but you are important to us! Orders placed up till Sunday evening will be shipped the following Monday.

 

SHIPPING

We ship most orders USPS Priority; you will receive a tracking number once we’ve processed your order.

In-town (Portland, OR) pick up is also an option, orders will be ready the Monday following order placement.

RETURNS

We want you to love your MADRE. If you are not totally satisfied with your MADRE goods, we will happily accept your return for store credit within 14 days of receipt. MADRE accepts returns for items in new condition. Your store credit with MADRE is good for one whole year!

Due to the tights margins that come with running a small business, all SALE items are unfortunately not eligible for return. 

 

GIFT WRAP

All MADRE purchases are wrapped as lovely gifts! If you’d like to leave a gift message, please leave a note in “Special notes to MADRE” during checkout.

 

MANUFACTURING

MADRE is committed to 100% domestic manufacturing, and will endeavor to work as locally as possible.

Our napkins are currently sewn here in Portland, either at Shay’s home studio or at Spooltown, a small-run sewing factory.

 

100% LINEN NAPKINS

Our linen napkins are 100% linen, trimmed/finished with polyester thread.
