DINNER + CINEMA at MADRE

MADRE is thrilled to be welcoming Koop Kitchen and Keen Cocktails for an evening of paella, spirits, and cinema. A first of this experimental dinner kind for us and one we hope to repeat again and again. We have long been inspired by one of our favorite restaurants on the west coast, Foreign Cinema in San Francisco and we are attempting to see if we can come close to creating this special environment. Come join us in this dinner experiment! We'll be showing Y Tu Mamá También by Alfonso Cuarón.

Menu Includes: 
Grazing board featuring Spanish cheeses, charcuterie, and pintxos
George's signature paella with chorizo, chicken, shellfish and vegetables.
Seared cauliflower with salsa verde
Radicchio caesar salad
Buttermilk vanilla panna cotta with sugar cookies 

**Paella has many different ingredients all cooked together in one pan, so accommodating some allergies is difficult.. Although gluten and dairy-free, it does contain shellfish, chicken, and pork.

Dinner ticket will include one of Keen Cocktails signature drinks (NA also available). And additional cocktails and wine will be available for purchase.

George has never hesitated to go the extra mile in his search for a culinary adventure, whether moving across the globe to apprentice in France or dashing to the Olympic Peninsula to source the best shellfish. George has worked for James Beard Award-winning chefs and bakers like Nancy Silverton, Naomi Pomeroy, and Ken Forkish at some of the finest restaurants in Portland and LA. He is a lifelong hospitality professional passionate about creating delicious food and gathering people together. George brings years of expertise to your home to create a memorable experience for you and your loved ones.


A bit about Keen Cocktails:

Clayton brings over 20 years in the food and beverage industry and a varied background in regional cuisine, wine, and spirits of the world. Perpetually curious, Clayton likes to incorporate flavor, aroma, and texture into the cocktails he creates. He believes a meal is as much about the company and conversation as it is about the energy that goes into the creation of the food and drinks on the table and aims to always encourage conversation and the sense of community.
