Katie Armour is a textile artist based near Portland, OR. Through her meticulous craftsmanship and artistic vision, she creates quilts that carry forward the stories and traditions of generations past. Katie’s work serves as a reminder of the enduring beauty and profound significance of handmade textiles in our ever-changing world.

When Katie isn't creating her art, she redirects her creative energy into a range of crafting endeavors. She sews her own clothing, and uses wood and clay to handcraft her sewing tools, transforming these materials into functional pieces that bear her artistic touch. Her most profoundly creative pursuit undoubtedly lies in being a mother to her two energetic young boys.
