The origins of this meal plan kit came to life when Shay’s kids were tiny. In an effort to both try to save money by stretching the value of food, and to be prepared with a plan when 5pm rolls around every day, meal planning and shopping has become a meditative and mindful weekly ritual that encourages rhythm and reverence.
